Are Jacaranda's prizes EVER honoured

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Mom. My Mom is a 73 year old pensioner and a daily and loyal listener of Jacaranda FM. On Monday 6 May, she won on Frankie's work zone show, just after 11:00, Alphapharm vouchers to the value of R1500.00. She left her name and home and cell numbers with Frankie and he told her she would be contacted by JFM marketing department regarding her prize. To date, she has heard nothing from JFM. I sent an email to Jenny Griesel listed as their Marketing Manager yesterday, asking for her assistance and she didn't even bother to reply. Being a pensioner, finances are tight and she does take a number of supplements daily and this prize would be very beneficial and most appreciated.
Looking at the SLEW of complaints on HP for this very same issue, I am not holding my breath. However, I find it unacceptable. They need to get their ducks in a row. Don't promise, promote and advertise and then NOT DELIVER!!!
