On 19/11/2025, I received my new device. On the 20th, I visited the Vaal Mall store to request them to transfer the data from the new SIM to my existing primary number, which I have had for ages with Telkom. The agent processed the request, but later on, I did not receive calls or SMS messages. To date, I am still not receiving them. I have been from pillar to post, and all the agents are struggling to assist me. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. Imagine spending two weeks not receiving calls on your most trusted network, yet you pay them every month.
