VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY!!!

IPlease see attached for the 20th time!!!
I've mailed you guy's for atleast a month now and absolutely no one is assisting me!! I've canceled the contract the following day that i took the contract yet 2weeks later you still deliver the device (without my concent, without me signing for it) other people signed for it not me so you better collect your device please and for the 100's time, pay back my money I've canceled this thing for so long like 50 times already!!!You and the courier company delivered the device will explain were the device is and why my signature is not on there so please for the last time just pay my money back or tell me what i must do instead of just saying the previous consultant did not canceled, I've spoken to atleast 30 different people and you keep saying that, yet no one is doing nothing!!
PAY MY MONEY BACK!!!
I have multiple emails and calls we're i canceled SO many times!!!
