In July 2023, I made a contract for a Samsung A54 phone and Watch 4. The watch battery does not last the whole day. It took a while to send it for repair due to home commitments. The first time I sent it, it was returned after 24 hours with no questions asked about usage, no observations, nothing. It has been in repairs more than four times and is still in repairs. I was told they changed parts, but the issue remains. Then they said they had replaced it with a new one. While setting it up, the staff member mentioned that all things that come for repairs are sealed, which indicates that this is not a new watch. The most recent job number is 20694925, which went on May 9, 2024, and is still ongoing. I am paying monthly for a watch that is forever in repairs.
