I took my watch to Jewellery Worx Centurion Mall on the 08th of Jan 2013 to replace a broken glass. The watch was still working fine, it was only the glass that had to be replaced.
After collecting the watch I realised (after a day or so later) that the watch has stopped working. I left it at home as I did not have time to have the battery changed during the week - so the next Saterday I took my watch to a jeweler close to my house to have the battery changed (which cost me the battery and water proofing), the next day I realised the watch is still giving the same problem. So yesterday (31.01.2013) I took the watch back to Jewellery Worx and said they must fix the watch because since I got it back from them it's been stopping.
The lady behind the counter had an attitude at first and gave the watch to the guy working with her, he in turn took the watch to the back and after a minute or so came back say that the watch needs a service (which I must pay for of course). I explain to the guy that I got this watch for Christmas in 2011 so how is it possible that only after a year and a month it must be serviced!! I asked that the owner phone me but still no phone calls from anyone!!
