Vodacom fials to properly process an upgrade

I'm not happy about his, Vodacom has always been a great service provider but lately their service has been shocking.
The story starts 2 weeks ago when i received an sms from vodacom saying that i can upgrade my contract. I went to a vodashop only to be told that i can indeed not upgrade and that they don't know who sent me the sms. I also phoned the upgrade line on 0821959 and thay also treated me like a for wanting to upgrade. So l let it be.
On wednesday the 30th of Oct i wnt to the vodashop in fourways mall to do my upgrade which was now due. they could not upgrade me, yet when i phoned the upgrade line they did my upgrade and my phone was delivered today with a sim swap.
They did not process thet sim swap correctly and they also didnt invoice me correctly. Thus i cannot use my new phone or new simcard. After more than an hour on the phone the problem is now allegedly sorted out, but i now have to wait another 3 hours to see it it actually worked.
It's incredibly painful to deal with vodacom nowaday.
Vodacom used to be a good network but now i'm not keen on using them anymore.,
I'm also not holding my breath on someone actually responding to this.
