I was silly, never trust a South African Online Company. Reason: Technology to high tech and complicated for these South African Companies to handle.
Nevertheless: I trust Summer Mobile, entered into a contract. After the Civil Unrest, called them to verify that they will deliver my Cellular Hand-set. (First Error: Should have cancelled. You should never telephone a company to enforce a sale, if you can not deliver then your after sales will be worst), silly me.
Received my handset. Worked for 5 months, then froze and never started-up.
MTN Direct and Summer Mobile can not assist with a solution. Always have a some contractual issue. 2 Weeks now, can not get this resolve but Apple in the USA will give you a new Handset without these challenges. They are unhelpful, no customer service but have a customer service department, what a joke. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ONLINE, THEY ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT A CREDIT ONLY GOOD FOR A SALES. Unless bunch both Summer Mobile and MTN. Do go near them with a disinfected barge pole.
