Summer Mobile contacted me offering a contract. I gladly took it because I was desperate for an upgrade. Sad for me, I did not do any research on the company. My phone got delivered in a couple of days, that's ok..however I couldn't scroll with that brand new phone. I called MTN and I was told to call Summer Mobile, I called Summer Mobile where i keep talking to different people whom don't have an idea of what i'm talking about every time I call, I mean I would expect for my request/complaint to be put on the system from my first call. The phone was collected for repairs and was told I'd get it back in the next week before Christmas 2013... I still don't have a phone and I have to force feedback from Summer Mobile.
