PATHETIC SERVICE

I took out a contract product through Summer Mobile call centre. Received the WRONG product.
Returned it and requested a cancellation...
today ONE year later - I am blacklisted and billed for R8900!!!
escalated this problem to summer mobile - the staff acknowledged that their incompetence lead to a mess up.

confirmed they will take corrective action. to date nothing is done. about to consult with lawyers on how to move forward.

WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND that anyone every uses summer mobile and MTN.
worst experience of my life. BUSINESSES like them give the call centre and cellar network industry's a
bad name.
