Unhappy sevice and Unhappy with Product

I bought a Alcatel Tablet at Games Somerset Mall for R950, the Tablet was never opened and it is being advertised as a Sim Lock Tablet (which it does not come with) and also a power bank which I was also not provided with. The service was very poor as the Tablet is an electronic device and needed to be opened to
see if it is in working order when it was purchased, I opened the Tablet, there is no power bank and also no sim card in, this I want sorted before Christmas as it is a gift for my daughter, I am close to Game Stellenbosch and would like to change it there. I want this matter dealt with ASAP.Thank You
