Summer mobile offered me what sounded like a good deal on contract only to discover that they gave me the worst contract in the WORLD. I attempted to activate the account, MTN (808) was very annoyed and asked me to call Summer mobile back to tell them that they don't know what they doing (Paul) Extremely rude. I called back but this time spoke to Lugile at MTN, he advised that he was on his way home and does not want to assist me. I asked for his manager and his surname and he refused.By then I was ready to end this contract. (26July 2013). The agent advised me that I would pay for the contract and also have to pay the normal cost of R60 BIS, VERY CONTRADICTORY, what is the benefit to me. When I cancelled with Jacques at Summer mobile I was asked why I accepted the contract in the first place and now want to cancel.(29July 2013) and I was held accountable for returning the phone to MTN in Sandton (very forcefully). After being intimidated they collected the phone on 5 August 2013 only. The contract is still not cancelled (MTN- Ashwyn-rude- 22Aug13), between Summer mobile and MTN no one knows how to fix the problem. MTN is now going to bill me, it is not much but the fact of the matte
