Efuses to refund me my money

I was into believing we won a holiday in Mauritius from a marketing company. we then went "to collect our prize" on the 8th of march 2013.

we were then showed a product where we could get holidays at ridiculously cheap prices. seeing this as a saving opportunity for our family we were pushed into purchasing this product from the Company VHI

I came home that night realising that it was a when I googled the company.

i started calling the company from Monday thereafter this transaction where the receptionists kept telling me they were busy, and they could not help me as I was not yet activated. the marketer russel smsd me to say I was seeking buyers remorse

this happened again on Tuesday, but on Wednesday I demanded to speak to someone and hannelie Jacobs came on.

she explained the product but - when I put the phone down I realised discrepancies between her version and russel watsons... I immediately called back around 16:30 that day and emailed her that evening to notify her of my cancellation

i sent my cancellation immediately, which they denied receiving, the couriered letter got to them on Monday, now they refuse and demand I use the service
