CONTRADICTING INFORMATION

I was invited to a info session on 16 Nov 2013 in Witbank. No company names were given, I was told I already won a week domestic and one week international holiday! I was assured that I can use the service within 48 hours, getting cheaper flights and holidays. When I phoned on the Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday the kept on telling me they did not received my contract yet. In the meantime I have send mails to Johan du Plessis and client services, up to date the did not even had the decency to read the mail! I tried to phone again 03 Dec, no answer at customer option, but the bookings option were answered very quickly. No-one phones you back. When I eventually got to speak to some one it was only to be told that activation takes 8 to 10 weeks! NO 48 HOURS THAT RUAN TOLD ME ABOUT. they are so clever, they don't come back to you within the 5 days that the contract can be cancelled or read any mails for that matter. I wish I can get hold of the owner or directors of this firm to give them a piece of my mind!!! there was no time to google the company prior of the session and they made it sound so good!! BUT BE CAREFULL I THINK THIS IS MONEY MAKING SCHEME
