Russel Hobs "Non-stick/Scratch resistance" Pan

My mom bought this frying pan and it worked fantastic, until it started peeling!! Not on the bottom of the pan, but on the sides where the srews are. It was quite expensive and for a good product like that, its unexceptable!!! If someone from Russel Hobs please let me know what to do!! We have emailed them photos, but NOTHING happened!!! Thanx
