Mustang marketing refuses to return a payment of R20 950.00 in which my credit card was used without my Authorisation. I immediately phoned the company and explained the situation.the software and cancellation letter was handed in the next day and software box was sealed and unopened. After many phone calls I finally got a response but they refuse to cancel the contract stating that the software was returned opened after I received a letter on 29august stating the software was received and that refund documents will follow! please do not sign anything with mustang marketing trading for tenacity international! i have since reported the above to the banks department and I also have lawyers involved .what a waste of time and money!
