Groupon - Awful customer service

I bought a Speedo underwater MP3 player from Groupon on the 19th February '13 for R699.
After a few weeks of awaiting delivery, I got an email on Wed evening 13th March '13 to say the product had been dispatched from Cape Town. I was very excited as this was intended as a gift from my husband. When I arrived home from work the next day, the courier package was waiting. I opened it, only to find some cheap rubbish product called "Snore Cure" inside.
I called immediately to complain and ask for the correct product to be sent to me, to be told by the agent that she would contact Product dpt and get back to me that evening. I got no call back. I then called the next day (Fri 15 Mar) to complain again. The CC agent PROMISED me she would call back and let me know the status - no call back received AGAIN. I called a 3rd time on Monday 18 March, complained for the third time and was yet again PROMISED that I would get feedback. I have yet to be contacted by Groupon and am appalled by the lack of customer service or willingness to assist me. I have bought a few things off the site and if this is not sorted I will ensure that I or any of my extended friends/family never use Groupon again
