Refuse to reverse a Credit Card Transaction

This is somewhat embarressing, however, i have to say that I Love my bank. However, i am very displeased with a service or lack thereof offered to me yesterday. I have an aBSA Credit Card through VISA. I know that technically one can say VISA are at fault, but when my bank offers me the product, then they must be held responsible. The embarresing part of this comes in to me being. I happened to in a moment of weakness, click on a product on-line and attempt to purchase the product. I was hesitant to do this..it didnt feel right, but i did do it and immediately realised that i may have been. I noticed that substantially more money ahd been deducted from my CC than i expected... i noticed this immediately! I then phoned my bank to tell them that this is probably and that it was an internet transaction, so it was unlikely i would receive the product. I was informed that the transaction had not gone through (Great) but was pending. However, they refused to reverse the transaction... even after i told them the phone number given to me was not in use and it seemed like. In other ways... They showed me the middle finger and i must lose money now???
