Messed up my Connections

I stay in Midrand "Summit View Estate to be particular. Last night as I drove into the complex from work, I found a bakkie at the security gatr advertising Eskom energy saving products. They sent one of their guys to install the Gyser timer which I allowed. The guys name is Jacob and was so unprofessional and inexperienced. He couldn't get the timer working and as a result I asked hime to leave reconnect everything as he found it and leave with his timer. He asked me to keep the timer and so that I can ask my electrician to connect it for me. This morning I had o take cold shower as a result of Eskom giving contracts to people who let amature's mess with people electrical connection. Further more I was asked not to write the date on the slip that they gave me. Something is really dodgy here and i need
