Geyser timer Eskom mass roll out plan

I have had people from Karebo systems coming into my house saying they are installing a geyser timer and power saver lights as part of the Eskom mass roll out plan, which they did, but ever since they has been a problem with my geyser, the earth leakage switch has been tripping ever since, I hav informed the responsible parties which they came and confirmed they was a problem and they took the geyser timer out which left me without hot water, I was told they will return the next morning and to date 3 days later I hav no hot water, and they are now ignoring my calls. I am very upset due to the fact that my family is without hot water all thank to a system I did not even ask for, and the unprofesionalism of the people I was dealing with, being Regi who I was told is the manager and David who I have been communicating with. All I need is my geyser in working condition like it was before this people came into my house and put in a foreign object that I did not ask for in the 1st place.
