Gyser Timer faulty and refusal to remove

I participated in the Karebo Residential Mass rollout project. this was undertaken in johannesburg in March. my timer was installed in March 2013. yesterday the gyser did not heat up as a result i didnt have hot water in the afternoon. i reseted the timer as indicated in the broucher nothing happened as a result i had to bath with cold water this morning. i called eskom who referred me to Karebo and i was informed they are not liable for removal of the unit. i was advised by one of the consultant, Sebe that they are not liable. when i requested the supervisor, she informed me that her supervisor in not available today, i will have to wait for tomorrow. i told her the urgency of the matter and she told me. even if i were to request or be approved for removal i would have to wait for tomorrow cause Jamie is the only one that can authorise this and until shes available, nothing can be done. also the paper i signed had no clause that says in case i need the unit removed it would be at a cost to me. therefore they is no lifetime obligation for me to have this in my home especially when its not functional. im not planning to take a cold batha gain this evening and tomorrow.
