Worst service ever

I saw the supplier at the Rand Easter show, thinking that they would be a reputable company I took their details and proceeded to get them to install a new pool pump and timer. After several attempts to get them to my premesis, they eventually got there, installed the pump, and the timer, which, the installer informed me was not working properly. Then I called the office of Technospa, they informed me that they will send someone with a new one and install it, which they did, eventually, now 5 months later, the timer they sold me, is not the one installed, i bought a timer that would run, regardkess of electricity, (I am aware that the pool pump would not work, however that timer should not lose it's original time settings). the timer has now stopped working completely, the pump is not working at all... after numerous calls to the office and the owner I am still without a working pool pump. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!
