I ordered a Groupon for R125, for a bunch of flowers valued at R250, to which I received a bunch of old and even dead blooms for less than R100. Furthermore, I had ordered several additional, seasonal blooms in order to make my bridal bouquet, which the owner was given notice of 2.5 working days before, she agreed to the order, claimed it was no problem to get the flowers, and the night before my wedding, she was 3.5 hours late from the agreed pickup time, the flowes were neither the color nor the type that were ordered, they were dead, petals missing or old, and she had the gall to claim they were fine and that she hasn't had enough time to get the order. As a result I had no chapel flowers or bridal bouquet as I had an early morning wedding on March 21st. Money isn't even the object here. She made no attempt at supplying a simple country bunch, made no attempt at being on time, and still I have no refund, which she promised me. The flowers for my special day can never be replaced. She was asked to supply flowes, not arrange, and this in itself was not managed.
