This company promises professionalism, ethics and efficiency; personalised customer service and a company registered in 3-4 days on their website. After I filled in an online application, a request for funds to be deposited was sent to me. I deposited the amount and never had anyone contact me after that. When I called two days later, they said they had received the funds but there were delays from the CIPC. I asked to be kept informed, and was never contacted by the company. Also, on their site they say they collect original documents, but Joe advised that he could certify the copies as they are a Commissioner of Oaths. This without seeing the originals. I have, since then, asked for a refund in writing, and there has been no response. It's been over a week since I started dealing with this company, and it has been nothing but aggravating.
