Money deposited over a week ago, still no credit

It has been over a week since I deposited money into EasyPay's account and I have yet to have my account credited.

I first filled in the online contact form over a week ago (received a confirmation email informing me that they had received my query), however, a week later nobody had contacted me. I then sent an email to support and only a day later did I get a response. I was asked to please forward the proof of payment which I did, still my account wasn't credited. I then phoned support and asked to speak to a supervisor who promised to get back to me, I still haven't heard back from anyone. Utterly pathetic service from EasyPay, I will most certainly not be making use of the company ever again.
