Unprofessional Attitude

I have enrolled wit Intec to further my studies and ICB is the examining body. I have been trying to register with them since the 13 May 2013. In order for our company to pay my bursary fees ICB needs to be put on our system as a vendor. We have sent them the necessary forms to fill in and it was returned to us only to find out that they have not had The vendor form signed by a commissioner of oaths. I have requested they do that and was told by Jill that we are in wanted of their services ad if i want it signed i should so do myself, I then told them that I am not in possession of their original documents and i cannot have their documents signed by a commissioner of oaths. Wedaad has promised so many times that i would have the forms on the 24 June and i still have not heard anything from any of them, . I think this is very unprofessional from their side as i still have to submit assessments in order to get year mark and i need to write exams. If i do not pass i will have to pay back the bursary which the company has afforded me.
