Payed for the urgent app. but got ripped off

I paid the R799 to get my company registered on an urgent basis which was supposed to take between 1 and 3 working days. I sent my application and paid the fee on Friday the 28th of June.

I didn't even receive the professional courtesy of a reply that everything was received. And this is the company that markets on their website that they guarantee a 100% client satisfaction and reply to all queries within 1hour. trust me, this is not the case!!

Needless to say.. after sending them an email after 5 working days, they used the excuse that the system at CIPC were down and that was the delay. I email on the 8th working day and they sent over a document from the CIPC confirming that the name has been reserved. They CIPC however referred to the application from topdesign dated on the 8th of July. This means that Topdesign only sent my application on the 8th of July, thats 8 working days after I sent my application to them and it was supposed to take only 1 to 3 days!

After going back and forth with excuses, the company was finally registered on the 16th of July.

I would never use or recommend topdesign, to anyone.

Be warned about there shocking service and schemes!!
