Delayed Registration of Company

The service provider Top design claims to register companies with CIPC. The company claims to be able to register your company within 1-5 working days should you pay for an urgent application. The small print reads, depending on the CIPC system. This leads the customer to believe that the application will take no longer than 5 days, even if the system is down. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Here is my experience with the company. After paying for an urgent application I did not receive any communication for 5 days. On the 6th day, I got an email from the service provider stating that the systems were down. Fair enough, this is out of the control of the service provider. I was understanding of the situation, but I wanted to find out what steps the service provider would take to achieve a positive result. The service provider did not respond until I called the office line. The call center agent was unhelpful, got upset with me and told me to call the President as she did not care. In short it has been 22 days since the application was paid for and the company registration documentation has not been received. I am not sure what steps to take.
