Selati Icing Sugar (2 x 500g) - Bad Quality

I have sent three e-mails concerning my complaint to all the e-mail addresses given but have not heard a single reply yet.

I had to make icing for a birthday cake, when it was time to prepare the icing, I opened the one packet to find
hard pieces of what seems to be yellow dough. This is not what I expected to find in icing sugar. This was not an enjoyable experience.

If you require photographs please don't hesitate to ask, as I have taken them as well.
