Hi. I purchase the Future Life Cereal (chocolate) every week. I had a bad experience with one of my purchases (from a reputable store in Westville which I will not name right now) where I found ants/bugs in the powder upon opening a sealed box. I immediately phoned the customer care line (number found under the box). The lady told me she will phone me back in a few days to arrange for a replacement. Up till now (over two weeks) I did not receive any feedback and I am very dissapointed at this, especially since I am a regular consumer of your products. This kind of service is not acceptable!
