Waiting for replacement part and getting no help

2 weeks ago, I took my BMW 750I to JSN motors in Byanston, for a problem i was having with the car using too much fuel. after 2 days of JSN having my car and testing, they found the problem but they informed, they did not have a replacement part. They would have to order one from overseas and it would take TWO weeks for it to arrive.

it has now been 2 weeks and when I contacted Pieter in the service department for an update on the part, I was Told they have no Record of the part been ordered. Pieter assured me he would look into it and get back to me. It has now been two days and i still have no feedback.

Contacting BMW customer Care line is no help either. Everyone seems Quit content in passing the buck and i am left chasing one person after another trying to get My BMW fixed. This is shocking service and I am extremely unhappy to be a BMW owner right now. I never expected to have this kind of treatment from A brand that aspires to be the best in the World. I guess that only applies when they are trying to get you to buy the vehicle. Once they have the Money the after sales service is non-existent.
