I regularly purchase Heinz Wellington's Chutney Lite, but it has been missing from all Pick 'n Pay and Hyperama shelves for a number of months. On contacting Heinz Customer Care Line I was initially told that I should order it from the store. Having enquired at the various shopping centre customer care desks, all their responses are that they order the product but that it never arrives.

Again I contacted the Heinz Customer Care Line, was told that they are delighted to receive my feedback and be of service to me. So much for that, after being given a reference number and told the query would be elevated in urgency... absolutely nothing. More than a week and counting regarding a simple request about the availability of a bottle of chutney. Why have this line in the first place?? In my eyes it will now be called the Heinz We Don't Care About The Customer line. Terrible service from such a large and respected company.
