I would like to place on record my dissatisfaction and disappointment with service I am received from the CELL C STORE AT PAVILLION, WESTVILLE, DURBAN.I have been to the store on several occasions to find the store left completely empty, with no sales people available to help. It seems that they are all in the back of the store having a jolly good time. When they do come out to help, they are angered as if I did something wrong as a customer by walking into the store. I have asked to speak to the manager of this store many a time and the only response I get is that he is on a conference call, but I believe that that is a fake story because he is not in the store. I am planning to port my number to another network, because of this appalling behaviour and attitudes of the staff at this store, unless I can be convinced otherwise. I also have given my BLACKBERRY phone for repairs on the 26 December 2012 and have not received it back till this very day... I am without out a phone now for more than 7 weeks. I was promised that I would have it back in 21 days. (I could be wrong, but seven weeks is far greater than 21 days).the phoned was booked in on 21/01/2013 without my permission again.
