Complained to Call Centre but still no feedback

I bought two Woolworths Chocolate Mousse desserts from a Woolworths Engen store on 10/1/2014. They were marked Sell By 11/1/2014 and Use By 12/1/2014. I opened both desserts on 11/1/2014 and found they were very hard, rubbery and flavourless, completely unlike how they usually are. I called their "Customer Care" line provided on the packaging, and after endless options for "Woolworths Card, " My School", "Woolworths Banking" etc (bizarrely no clear option for product complaints), I spoke to a lady who promised to forward my complaint and be in touch with me to arrange a pick up of the desserts which she told me to keep in the fridge as they wanted to analyse them. There was nothing said about me getting my money back for the defective products. Two days later I have heard nothing more from Woolworths. I am not prepared to waste my time and money on the phone trying to get hold of them on their cumbersome "Customer Care" line when I haven't even been compensated for the two disgusting desserts I bought.

PS: the products did not carry any batch or production numbers or codes either, which I find odd.
