Futurelife
Paid for a 1.25kg and only received 1kg

I bought a 1.25kg box of chocolate Futurelife from PnP Tokai on Saturday 4 May. Upon returning home and opening the box I saw 2x 500g packets in the box (the 1 you receive in the 500g box) so I paid for a 1.25kg box and only received 1kg. Furturelife is not one of your cheaper cereals (it's a quality cereal with lots of vitamins and minerals) and it tastes great. My husband and I love eating Futurelife for breakfast and I buy on average 6x 1.25kg boxes a month. This incident could have been a mistake but I feel cheated that I did not receive what I paid for.
