Sept. 11 complaint emailed to medical council. Sept.14 Sept.and 19 asked for acknowledgement of receipt Sept 19 received email asking me to contact them in 14 days. Nov. 2 sent copy of dentist invoice. I was informed that the dentist was given 40 days to respond. Dec. 12 I emailed him and said, " I am sure that 40 days has expired by now? " Jan. 16 second copy of invoice sent and asked for response. Jan 16 received reply from mdingi saying my email address bounces back??? Feb 5 phoned mdingi and he promised to phone back the same day, STILL WAITING
