Still waiting for delivery 3 weeks!!!

Utterly Disgusted: i am still waiting for my first package to be delivered and send another package. Tracking numbers PE674665185ZA & PE674664701ZA. I need answers.by the time the goods reach the destination it will be to late. you talked about 6 days delay its been already 3 weeks. There is ways to deal with illegal strikes and to make sure it wont happen again. so please i need answers on when this will be delivered as its not acceptable anymore.
