A few weeks ago I complained on Hallo Peter about SAPO not delivereding my package on time. The package was sent to me on the 19th of February, via Speed Services, paying over R100 for the sending of the package. Due to strikes, the packing deliver was delayed, and all they could say was sorry. After this the package was sent to the wrong post office, Boksburg branch instead of Witfield branch. Yesterday the package was sent to Witfield post office to correct their mistake. It is now the 12th of March and all they can say is the package is missing. There was more than R400 worth of items in the package and all they can say is the package is missing and they will see IF they can refund the postal fee. The only person was helpful was Kleintjie at the Witfield branch, if it was not for her, we would still be in the dark waiting for feedback. This is unacceptable and I am never using their service again. I want people to know how bad their service is. I also send a complaint to their so called customer service, with no reply. This is just pathetic.
