SA Post Office - Speed services delays - pathetic

I posted a package with speed services, obviously speed service packages are urgent, on Thursday for delivery on Friday. It is now Saturday and the package has not arrived at its destination yet. I phoned to find out why is the package not there yet, I get an answer that there was a strike. One would expect the Post Office to at least inform the recepients of these packages that there is or was a delay. No, that would be far to much trouble for the employees of the Post Office. I paid R100 only to have the pakckage not delivered on time. I am very dissapointed in the services of the Post Office and will never in my life use them again to send a package.
