Despite payment no LEDs have been installed

Waited at home 3 times for installation no-shows.

Contacted Karebo as part of Eskom residential energy efficiency project. Paid for 10 dimmable LEDs (30 non-dimmable LEDS free as part of project) on 4th of Feb. LEDs have not been installed.

Installation was scheduled for 21st of Feb. I phoned Karebo's subcontractor at 14:00 on 21st and was informed installer on the way. On the 25th I contacted subcontractor (Lerumo IT systems) again and was told installer would come on 26th of Feb. When I phoned to confirm on the 26th I was told installer is not coming (spoke to Nkateko) and asked to phone back later in week. Called Karebo Call Centre (spoke to Kyle) on 26th. I was contacted by same subcontractor (Nkateko) on 27th to ask if I was at home (I had indicated on 26th that I would NOT be home). I was then asked to phone on 28th to confirm I'd be home so an installer could be sent. When I phoned on 28th Nkateko was not at work, and I was informed their installers would only be working on 2nd of March again. Phoned Karebo call centre again to complain on 28th. I was told project manager for my region would contact me to arrange installation date. I have not been contacted yet.
