Dont care about its customers

Posted a package (tracking number PE777113759ZA) on the 11th feb, 4-5days delivery. posted another (tracking number PE777113674ZA) on the 12th feb.

Still has not been delivered.

Waited 4-5days saw nothing really happening on the tracking website. tried to call track and trace.
answering machine, sorry currently unavailble.

got this message for a few days.

Finally called head office, and was told, oh there is a strike on. sorry

E-mailed, phoned, again and again, NO ANSWERS

These goods needed to be delivered for events which now have happened and have lost me loads of money.

Guess it just my problem, that i pay for a service and they dont care about there customores.
Tell people there is a strike on at post office and they dont believe as post office does not want to let anyone know about it
