I handed in a Skagen watch to Jade Jewellers to replace the glass and 2 crystals on 19 Novemebr 2012. They initially indicated that it would take 4 weeks to repair which we agreed to. After consistent follow up, early December, Marius told my husband that they only sent goods for repair when there was sufficient stock to send and that they would only be sending my watch off the first week of Decemeber. The next excuse was that the factory had closed and that the watch would onbly be repaired and returned at the end of January. This morning, my husband was told that there is further damage to the watch, (which was not the case when we handed it in for repairs) and that the digits are off the face and would take a further 6 weeks to repair.

This is appauling service. In the 3 months the item has been in for repairs, Jade Jewellers has called us once with feedback and that was after my husband went into the store and has to insist that Marius provide him with feedback. How do they expect to sell luxury goods and remain in business with such pathetic customer service?
