Incompetent Untrustworthy Unprofessional

My watch started skipping a couple of seconds ahead to indicate that the battery would have to be replaced soon. It was still telling the time and 100% functional. I took it to Bryanston Jewellers opposite Foodlover's Market in Nicol Way shopping center. They said it looked like it was the battery and they could replace it in 15 minutes. I left and came back 15 minutes later only to be told that the watch no longer worked. Even with the new battery there was no movement. They preceded to show me the old and new battery's charge level on an indicator. According to them my watch was broken and I would have to send it to Tissot for a service. I should check my warranty. At least they did not charge me for breaking my watch and adding a new scratch to the back of it!
I took it to World Of Time in Cresta, where they looked at it and said that the battery contact had been bent. They replaced the battery and R90 later I had a working watch again. Thank you World Of Time!

DO NOT GO TO BRYANSTON JEWELLERS! THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO SELL YOU SOMETHING, BUT DON'T LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING YOU ALREADY OWN!
