Poor Craftsmanship and Bad repairs

On 08 February 2012 I took my watch to Fischers Jewellers in Greean Acres to get a pin on the strap replaced.

On 09 February 2013 the strap came loose again as a result of the pin that Fischers used.
On 15 February 2013 I took the watch back again and informed them that if the watch gets a bit of a shock the strap comes loose.(shock form Clapping hands).

On 16 February 2013 I was at a prize giving at a shopping centre. Whilst I was clapping hands my watch fell off, face first into the tar. The glass of the watch was damaged badly.

After taking the watch back to Fischers, I was told that they have a policy that they cannot be held liable for repairs. When I asked where the discliamer was, i was shown small notice stating sometinhing in the line of (Watches are opened at own risk). I informed them that my watch was not opened and that it was the second time that the same ocurred.

The individual doing the repairs went to his manager and came back stating, that his manager siad I should cliam the damages from my insurance.

Poor repairs was the cause of the damage to my watch. I would have understood if it happenned once, but not a second time.
