Been 4 months and still no watch from repairs!!

I gave my watch in at the end of October and i still don't have it back! Recently, They're saying that they cannot even find records of the watch being given in now! Every week before they told me it will be another week! This only leaves me with the idea that they have lost it!! This company is a disgrace and Is giving Omega bad name! The watch is a priceless collectible item!
