NO ASSISTANCE

Hi. I have ordered a parcel from Indonesia. According to Etsy, When they deliver to your address and there is no collection, They send the parcel to the nearest Postoffice in the area. (Sandton in my case)

The ladies at this branch was helpful after explaining i require a local tracking number. Since I do not have that tracking number, and only the international one, the lady kindly gave me 2 numbers to contact.
0860 111 502 and 011 961 6000.

Your 086 number was answered by an automation that said you are closed due to a public Holiday. It was 19 Jan... Im darn sure there is no public holiday on that day.??? The 011 961 number has no answer at all. Not the client service option, nor the hold and wait option till you blue in the face. The website is no help at all.

Before i completely start losing all faith in the snail mail system, please can someone assist me before my parcel gets returned to Indonesia, and i have to wait another 2 months. If its lost, Im going to be really pee'd off!!!
