Ordered a bin 31/1/2013

I have ordered a new bin on 31/1/2013 got a reference number the man said it would take 7 - 10 working days for the bin to be delivered.

I am still waiting for the bin.
I can not get through on the number that was given to me to phone 011 712 5200, the option 1 just cuts off, if you lucky and get through the line is just ringing for 15 - 20 minutes without anyone answering.

Does pickitup not work on a tuesday or is this just normal bad service that you get?
Can someone please let me know, when they are working so that I can find out what happend to the bin?
