I ordered a new contract online (26 Jan 2013) and was contacted soon after that. All went well and I was told my Sim card would be delivered within 7 working days. It has not arrived yet so I phoned the customer care number (084140). There are only two options, 1. enter your Cell C number & 2. Enter your ID if you don't have a Cell C number. I entered my ID number and it took me back to option 1. I entered it again and it took me back to option 1. I despise call centres where there is no option to speak to a human. This needs to be changed. I have sent an email and no-one has contacted me yet. I find it rather ironic that a Telecommunications company is so difficult to communicate with. Please contact me.
