SA Post Office
No Delivery - almost a YEAR later!

I wrote a report on 1 August 2012 about my parcel that haven't reach the destination after 5 months.
Just in quick - I send a parcel on 5 March 2012 from Onverwacht Post Office (Onverwacht in Limpopo, Lephalale) and this was the reply I got

"Hello eLLzBeLLz,

Thank you for your comments.

Kindly visit the branch of origin and complete an enquiry form (CN08 form) as per the Universal Postal Union Regulator for an urgent investigation to be conducted.

Please accept our apologies for the incident and the inconvenience suffered as a result.

Customer service"

I went to Onverwacht Post Office (the same Post Office where I sent it from) but they didn't know of any form that I could completed, just a form where I can rate the service. and just by the way, the service and everything is sooo bad at that Post Office!!!
I thought that I will wait, maybe my grand parents will receive the parcel, its almost a year later after I send the parcel and still nothing?
I need a reply or action of what we can do, I have the tracking number and everything with me also all the details of the different persons I spoke to.
