Dishonest and unprofessional operato

Contracted Grahm McMaster of Gogo Roofing and Painting Specialists, Furrow Falls, 4 Furrow Rd, Equestria, Pretoria tel: 0794860841 to waterproof & repair two corrugated roofs on my property. Ten year guarantee part of quote but only issued for one roof. Both roofs are faulty, one leaking as before. Came twice, guarantee not honoured. Paid total of R28 000 for 2 roofs, one on lounge other on a small cottage. Does not answer his phone. Reported to police with intend to lay criminal charges. Former bouncer (by own admission) McMaster told Warrant Officer McReanor and myself he would make a partial refund of R10 000 by end of December. Not honoured. My last resort, laying criminal charges for defrauding me. If you deal with G. McMaster, who insists on 50 percent deposit, balance the moment he says the work is done and wants proof, scrutinise 14 point contract, five saying when necessary - but I found are not necessarily honoured, insist on his ID, physical address etc. Found him smooth, talkative, boasting about expensive restaurants, sports cars, including Porsche but dishonest. Did not supervise workers, one slept during afternoon in front of my garage.
