Order a bin on 31/1/2013 still not delivered

I have ordered a new bin on 31/1/2013 got a reference number the man said it would take 7 - 10 working days for the bin to be delivered.

I am still waiting for the bin.
I can not get through on the number that was given to me to phone 011, the option 1 just cuts off, if you lucky and get through the line is just ringing for 15 - 20 minutes without anyone answering. I have done what the previous email said phone 011 375 555 but they keep on refereeing me to the number above, they still don't pick up the phone, and if they do they are so rude, just cut you off, or said they cant assist.

I still don't have my bin, they cannot give me a proper answer when they will deliver it. Surely it cannot take 2 months for a single bin to be delivered, imagine you order 10 bins, you would have waited forever. this is disgusting service

Can someone please let me know, when they are working so that I can find out what happen to the bin?

I have never received this bin or any feedback from Pick it up
